What is Milhealth's Directory?
Milhealth’s Directory is a compilation of carefully selected and evaluated military health information resources. Some of the resources are 'consumer health' appropriate, others are clinical research such as what your physician or health care provider would view.
Carefully researched and evaluated, resources and materials are summarized and arranged in easy to understand subject topics (easy to use), organized (easy access) and maintained (currency).
Scope: Health issues affecting military members, veterans and their families. PTSD, TBI, Suicide Prevention, Military Family dynamics, and much more.
Resources and content for the directory (MHD) are evaluated using a set of standardized criteria and guidelines provided by four established and trusted medical and health information organizations.
MHD is a completely 'FREE' resource! . MHD welcomes 'link' submission requests from organizations, entities, groups, foundations, academic health institutions.
