Real Warriors-Psychological Health Resources

The Real Warriors Campaign is proud to announce that its newest resource, the Real Warriors Message Board, is now live on our Web site, http://realwarriors.net/forum.

Service members, including members of the National Guard and Reserve, veterans, military families, and healthcare professionals are encouraged to use the campaign's message boards to connect with one another and share news, information, and insights on psychological health concerns and traumatic brain injury.

This is an great example of a site with much information to offer, simple layout and navigation. About: The Real Warriors Campaign is an initiative launched by the Defense Centers of Excellence for Psychological Health and Traumatic Brain Injury (DCoE) to promote the processes of building resilience, facilitating recovery and supporting reintegration of returning service members, veterans and their families. Resources from the site are organized according to directory categories but are referenced to the "Real Warriors" Web Site.

girlshealth.gov site was created to help girls (ages 10-16) learn about health, growing up, and issues they may face. 

   It focuses on health topics that girls are concerned about and helps motivate them to choose healthy behaviors by using positive, supportive, and non-threatening messages.

   The site gives girls reliable, useful information on the health issues they will face as they become young women and tips on handling relationships with family and friends, at school and at home.
