Tribute to the "Samarra Seven", SPC Ryan M. Bell, SSG Justin M. Estes, PFC Cory C. Kosters, SGT Andrew C. Perkins, SPC Justin A. Rollins, SSG Robert M. Stanley, SPC Joshua M. Boyd. C Company, 3rd BCT, 82nd Airborne Division Ft. Bragg, N.C. They were killed in Samarra, Iraq on 05 March 2007 by a complex IED. (SPC Boyd survived, was brought to the United States but succumbed to his injuries on 14 March 2007). Operation Iraq Freedom.
